Westland Peated honors the age-old tradition of using peated malt in distilling single malt whiskeys. Westland combines heavily-peated highland malt with a rich five-malt brewer’s recipe in order to balance familiar smoke notes with the chocolate undertones in Westland’s signature expression.

RECIPES
Peated Boulevardier
- 2oz Westland Peated
- 1oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1oz Italian Bitter (Campari or similar)
- Combine all ingredients over ice and stir thoroughly. Strain and serve up or on a large rock; garnish with lemon peel.
